Since your quote will appear on over 300 media websites, including many ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC news affiliates, you can say either that you were quoted on or cited by ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC news outlets or affiliates. You shouldn’t say you were "seen on" ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC.
